By submitting a bulk submission form,you are subjecting your cards to review by kellyogscards. you have the right to dispute the outcome of the submission. The sale is not final until both parties agree on the price/trade. Cards remain the property of the customer until a price or trade is agreed upon. Cards submitted through this medium are solely for the redistribution through kellyogscards to schools and other children institutions deemed acceptable by kellyogscards. No monetary gain is to come from the direct transfer of said cards. Advertising may be used when distributing the items to said institutions. All prices and quotes are open to negotiation. Once an agreed upon fee has been established between kellyogscards and the customer, it is final and cannot be changed unless unforeseen circumstances occur.
